D’une couleur jaune or, ce fruit offre des arômes d’une très grande délicatesse après un pressurage et une fermentation respectant le potentiel aromatique.   
La distillation est ensuite confiée au maître en la matière Monsieur Alex Paccot à la distillerie de Féchy.
