Ce cépage, un des plus anciens du domaine, est élevé 12 mois en fûts de chêne pour révéler tout son potentiel.

Riche bouquet de fruit confits et de baies des bois soutenus par des tannins soyeux d’une grande persistance.

« Doux comme un agneau »  
Charme savoureux de ce joli gamay aux notes légèrement boisées, en parfait accord avec un somptueux haricot de mouton. Un moment reposant. Navarin d'agneau, gigot d'agneau. Viande rouge également. Le thon à chair rouge.
