Les vignes du Pinot Blanc ont un faible rendement et sont plantées sur un terroir argilo-calcaire.

Ce terroir s’exprime à travers ce vin par un parfum fruité et citronné au nez, accompagné de notes d’amandes et de noisettes. La bouche révèle une belle fraîcheur, du gras avec une légère amertume rappelant l’amande.

S'accordera parfaitement avec des volailles ou du poisson.

Garde conseillée : 4 à 5 ans
