Le Gamaret de Féchy est issu d’un cuvage long suivi d’un élevage en barriques pendant 12 mois.

Le nez est fruité et exprime des arômes de chocolat noir et de pruneau cuit. La bouche est ample avec du gras, les tanins sont fondus et la finale est longue.

S'accordera parfaitement avec des fromages à pâte dur, gibiers
