L’élevage se fait principalement en cuve, afin de privilégier la fraîcheur et la typicité de chaque cépage. Nous avons l’immense plaisir de vous annoncer que notre Chasselas a remporté la médaille d'or ! Une récompense bien méritée pour ce vin d'exception, résultat du savoir-faire et du dévouement de notre vigneron. À l'œil, ce nectar révèle une teinte enchanteresse, délicatement dorée, témoignant des années passées en cave. Au nez, vous serez sans doute enchantés par la richesse de son bouquet. Les notes de miel délicat, de fruits secs, de noix et de fleurs séchées s'entrelacent harmonieusement, rappelant un bouquet printanier. En bouche, vous serez immédiatement séduits par sa structure veloutée, témoignage d'une maturation élégante au fil des ans. Une légère pointe d'acidité rappelle néanmoins les origines vives et fraîches du chasselas, assurant un équilibre subtil entre fraîcheur et maturité. Quant à l'accord mets-vin, des mets délicats et raffinés tels que les fruits de mer, les poissons fins, les fromages affinés ou encore les mets de volaille savamment préparée, sublimeront pleinement les subtilités de ce chasselas. PROFIL AROMATIQUE - Nez : minéral, floral, crayeux, citronné - Bouche : fin, léger CO2, long, soyeux, vif - Accord Mets et Vin : apéritif, fromage - Garde : 2-3 ans voire plus Mesdames et Messieurs, cette dégustation est une invitation à la découverte des trésors que le temps peut offrir à un vin. 🥂🍴 ![Mdaille OR 2023 Mondial du Chasselas Catgorie Grand Cru Chasselas Terroir 2009](https://chateau-de-crans.ch/images/agenda/medailles/Mdaille_OR_2023_-_Mondial_du_Chasselas_-_Catgorie_Grand_Cru___Chasselas_Terroir_2009.jpg) ```json { "@context": "http:\/\/schema.org", "@graph": [ { "@type": "Article", "author": { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#gilles_pilloud_33c1304aa5" }, "dateModified": "2023-07-19T11:34:39Z", "datePublished": "2023-06-29T08:34:21Z", "description": "Le domaine du château de Crans est situé à Crans près Céligny", "headline": "Médaille d'or 2023 - Mondial du Chasselas", "image": [ { "@type": "ImageObject", "url": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/images\/agenda\/medailles\/Chasselas_-_mdaille_or.jpg", "caption": "", "description": "", "width": 800, "height": 800 } ], "inLanguage": "fr-FR", "mainEntityOfPage": { "@type": "WebPage", "url": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/nouvelles-du-domaine\/medaille-d-argent-2023-mondial-du-chasselas" }, "publisher": { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultPublisher" }, "url": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/nouvelles-du-domaine\/medaille-d-argent-2023-mondial-du-chasselas" }, { "@type": "Person", "name": "Gilles Pilloud", "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#gilles_pilloud_33c1304aa5" }, { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultPublisher", "@type": "Organization", "url": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/", "logo": { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultLogo" }, "name": "Château de Crans", "location": { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultPlace" } }, { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultLogo", "@type": "ImageObject", "url": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/images\/web\/logo-chateau-de-crans.svg", "width": 150, "height": 150 }, { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultPlace", "@type": "Place", "address": { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultAddress" }, "geo": { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultGeo" }, "openingHoursSpecification": [ { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Monday", "opens": "00:00", "closes": "00:00" }, { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Monday", "opens": "00:00", "closes": "00:00" }, { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Tuesday", "opens": "00:00", "closes": "00:00" }, { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Wednesday", "opens": "00:00", "closes": "00:00" }, { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Thursday", "opens": "16:30", "closes": "18:30" }, { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Friday", "opens": "00:00", "closes": "00:00" }, { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Friday", "opens": "00:00", "closes": "00:00" }, { "@type": "OpeningHoursSpecification", "dayOfWeek": "http:\/\/schema.org\/Saturday", "opens": "09:00", "closes": "12:00" } ] }, { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultAddress", "@type": "PostalAddress", "addressLocality": "Crans", "addressRegion": "Vaud", "postalCode": "1299", "streetAddress": "Rue Antoine Saladin 8", "addressCountry": "CH" }, { "@id": "https:\/\/chateau-de-crans.ch\/#defaultGeo", "@type": "GeoCoordinates", "latitude": "46.3578112", "longitude": "6.2077920" } ] } ```
