Jus de raisin acide - 50cl.

Le Verjus est un jus acide extrait de raisins verts cueillis avant maturation. Très utilisé au Moyen-Âge jusqu'à l'apparition des agrumes, il remplace le jus de citron ou le vinaigre pour accompagner des plats de gastronomie ou cocktails. À conserver au réfrigerateur.
